Slim Jim Holsters
California Holster?!? No offense to California, but the design of these holsters pre-dates California. Some folk call them Slim Jims. The more correct term would be a "pistol scabbard". Whatever the correct nomenclature may be, we call ours an absolute masterpiece of period correct shooting leather. The end all be all. A bold statement and open challenge.

All that being said, let us begin. Piped! That is to say fitted to the barrel. Just like the originals. Round toe plugs, not tear dropped! This is a direct result of the piped holster and is achieved by scieving the leather. Just like the originals. Last and certainly not least, hand sewn tarred, waxed and oiled linen thread. All together now... just like the originals. Here endeth the lesson.

They are available in a single or double cutaway top, for you "plainsman draw" aficionados. Also your choice of a straight or canted design.
